Our Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how SHIPTOTAL collects, uses, and protects your personal information, ensuring transparency and security in all interactions SHIPTOTAL.
The terms hereof shall constitute Shivansh Shiptotal Technologies Private Limited’s (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Services rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
1.Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount.
2.Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Services or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit/debit fraud.
3.We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
4.If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account within 5-7 business days.
5.Shiptotal reserves the right to deduct any applicable bank charges or processing fees from the refunded amount.
Note: All refunds will be processed as per the original payment method used for the transaction.
1.You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website.
2.In the event you subscribe to any Services, the same may be cancelled by you one month prior to the provision of the Services, in such a case you will be refunded in the entire amount after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable.
3.You have the option to terminate your account by sending an email to support@shiptotal.in. Upon account cancellation, all of your content will be promptly removed from the Service. Please ensure that you genuinely wish to cancel your account, as the deletion of all data is irreversible.
4.If you choose to cancel the Service, you will receive a final invoice via email. Once this invoice is settled, no further charges will be applied.
5.Further during a period of 4 days from when the Services are to be provided, if there is a cancellation request received, we may at our discretion refund 100% of the amount, after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable, to you.
6.A period of 2 days before the Services to be provided no request for cancelation will not be entertained by the Company

2.Bank Charges Deduction: In all refund cases, the Company may deduct any applicable bank charges from the refunded amount.
3.Communication of Cancellation: In the event of order cancellation, the Company will promptly communicate the cancellation to the customer, providing transparency and clarity.
4.Modification of Terms: The Company retains the right to modify or update the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Users will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective from the specified date.
