The Shipper acknowledges that the acceptance of its shipment for transportation is contingent upon compliance with the following criteria: the shipment must not be classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, or prohibited/restricted articles by any relevant government department, or other applicable organizations. A shipment failing to meet these criteria will be deemed unacceptable for transportation.
Before you ship with M/s Shivansh Shiptotal Technologies Private Limited (‘Shiptotal’), it's important to check whether your items are Prohibited or Restricted or give beforehand declaration if shipping Dangerous Goods.

1.PROHIBITED ITEMS
These are the products which CANNOT be shipped at any cost. They are banned and will not be accepted by courier partners at any cost.

d.Batteries/cells including lithium-ion/polymer/metal – alone and in or with electronic devices
e.Carbon dioxide, solid (Dry Ice)
f.Corrosives such as acids, corrosive paint, and dyes, rust removers
g.Environmental waste including used engine oil and used or damaged batteries
h.Explosives or ammunition such as fireworks, flares, and sparklers

k.Gases including flammable, non-flammable, compressed and toxic gases such as fire extinguishers and scuba tanks

LITHIUM BATTERIES
Ensuring the safe transportation of Lithium Batteries is crucial to guarantee the intended delivery of your shipment.
What you need to know?
a.Lithium Batteries fall under the category of Dangerous Goods.
b.Specific shipping regulations govern the transportation of Lithium Batteries.
c.Defective, damaged, or recalled batteries are strictly prohibited for shipment.
d.The Shipper holds legal responsibility for ensuring compliance and safe transportation of Lithium Batteries.
e.Shiptotal does not accept all types of Lithium Batteries for shipping and courier aggregation.
f.Numerous electronic devices powered by Lithium Batteries are subject to Dangerous Goods Regulations, irrespective of whether they are rechargeable (Lithium Ion) or non-rechargeable (Lithium Metal). These regulations apply when batteries are loose, packed with equipment, or contained within equipment.
g.The Shipper, or User, bears the legal responsibility for the secure transportation of such contents by air and must fully adhere to ICAO/IATA regulations. Shiptotal assumes no responsibility for any loss, spillage, or other issues that may occur during such shipments.
Note:Authorized individuals, government bodies, agencies designated by the government, vigilance institutions, or authorized personnel have the right to inspect and scan the consignment intended for shipping. If any banned or prohibited goods are identified in the shipment, the user is obligated to bear the penalty and face legal or regulatory consequences as stipulated under the relevant provisions of various governing Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Guidelines, or Circulars by Indian or International Courts of Law. Shiptotal holds no liability for such breaches involving the shipping of prohibited or banned goods or the imposition of penalties/levies.
